You need to stop using Royal Mail. A week to make the delivery is poor in this day and age. Nothing wrong with the products but I might shop elsewhere to get them quicker in future. I appreciate you offer faster delivery if I pay more, but basic delivery should not take this long
The product is excellent, as expected, I've used it in the past. The delivery was late but that was not the retailers fault but due to the virus situation I suppose.Why it had to go via Greenford when we are in Edgware not that far from Welham green - just 'up the road'.Had I known I would have collected it myself as I was hoping to beat the showers.

Advertised an item with batteries and charger then refused to delivery them did not even apologise did eventually offer full refund but I will never use again.
I cannot rate My Tool Shed highly enough! Quality top brands at brilliant prices, fast delivery and really good communication. What more could you want? Have used the site a few times now and will continue to do so and recommend to friends
Absolutely appalling service. I never write reviews on companies but I’ve never been treated so poorly by a single company ever before. Don’t go anywhere near this place

Well what can I say, I still haven’t received the item I bought and not sure I will get it for Christmas. I understand mistakes can be made but not to send the correct item until they are in receipt of the returned item when it was their error and is totally unacceptable. The item was not of great value, less than £20, I would understand if it had of been over a hundred pounds. I e.mailed customer service, didn’t hear anything, rang them twice but couldn’t get any answer. eventually I had to send a photo of the item I’d received in error and in fairness this was dealt with quickly and I thought that once the parcel was picked up they would at least post the one I have paid for would be on its way, I’m totally appalled by the service I’ve received. I never complain normally but Trust pilot have asked for my review before I’ve received my correct item.
Easy to use website and quick delivery. Quality of replacement ash handle for spade was that the T-cross at top of handle was only glued in with small metal tack retaining it in place. Had to drill and dowel it in place myself but otherwise decent product
Products were fine but packaging for the post not great. The ruler ordered had broken through and could have fallen out of the padded bag.
Goods not as described and nothing like the photo
